In 2025, we embarked on a large media push for the sale of multiple luxury condominiums in the heart of Portland, located at Two India Street. Utilizing a blend of scenic drone shots, lifestyle vignettes, and interior condominium coverage, we delivered nine videos, totaling six minutes, to advertise the condominiums.

Our relationship with Legacy Properties’ Melissa McKersie extends beyond the Two India Street project. We produced two additional website assets for her (LEFT), a looping banner video showcasing iconic Maine scenery, in addition to a town specific lifestyle piece showcasing Falmouth as a destination for those seeking a combination of coastal and woodland charm.
